Climate Advisory
Evidence-based climate strategies that translate ambition into action.
Overview
Climate change poses an existential challenge to African economies and communities. CLEEN's Climate Advisory practice helps governments, development finance institutions, and the private sector understand and respond to climate risk with rigour, speed, and equity at the core.
Our interdisciplinary team combines atmospheric science, economics, policy analysis, and community engagement to produce strategies that are both technically sound and politically viable. From NDC formulation to long-term low-emission development strategies, we cover the full policy lifecycle.
We have delivered climate advisory mandates in more than 20 African countries, partnering with national ministries, regional bodies such as the African Union Commission, and international organisations including the UNFCCC and the Green Climate Fund.
