STWSSP Sanitation, Health and Hygiene Delivery — Ejisu-Juaben
Design and construction supervision of household and institutional latrines for Kwaso, Juaben and Onwe under the Small Towns Water Supply and Sanitation Project.
The challenge
Improving sanitation in small towns requires latrines that are well designed and properly constructed for both households and institutions. The communities of Kwaso, Juaben and Onwe needed such facilities delivered under the Small Towns Water Supply and Sanitation Project.
Our approach
As Project Engineer, Rev. Prof. Ing. Eric Antwi Ofosu designed and supervised the construction of household and institutional latrines for Kwaso, Juaben and Onwe.
The work was delivered under the Small Towns Water Supply and Sanitation Project, addressing the sanitation, health and hygiene needs of the communities.
Outcomes
Household and institutional latrines were designed and constructed for Kwaso, Juaben and Onwe.
The facilities improved sanitation, health and hygiene provision across the three communities.
