The challenge
Water services are often planned around a single use, yet households draw on water for many purposes at once. A scoping study was needed to understand how multiple-use water services could be approached in Ghana.
Our approach
As Water Resources Management Expert, Rev. Prof. Ing. Eric Antwi Ofosu conducted interviews and data collection for the joint IWMI–IRC multiple-use water services scoping study.
His work gathered the field evidence underpinning the study in Ghana.
Outcomes
The interviews and data collection provided the evidence base for the IWMI–IRC multiple-use water services scoping study.
The study contributes to understanding how multiple-use water services can be developed in Ghana.
