The challenge
Young people engaging with the European Union’s partnership and investment agenda in Ghana need a working understanding of how EU institutions take decisions and how instruments such as Global Gateway and NDICI finance are mobilised — knowledge rarely made accessible in practical, applied form.
Our approach
As Training & Curriculum Consultant, Romeo Tweneboah-Koduah designed training modules and facilitated capacity-building sessions for EU Youth Sounding Board Ghana members on European institutional architecture, decision-making cycles and Global Gateway/NDICI financing.
He developed accompanying participant materials that translated complex institutional and financing content into clear, decision-ready learning resources.
Outcomes
The programme equipped EU Youth Sounding Board members in Ghana with a practical grasp of EU decision-making and development-finance instruments.
It strengthened young people’s ability to engage with and influence EU–Africa partnership and investment processes.
