The challenge
The safe and reliable spread of solar PV depends on a workforce skilled in installing and maintaining systems. Meeting this need requires structured, practical training for technicians.
Our approach
As Technical Consultant and Trainer, Dr Felix Amankwah Diawuo trained 50 technicians. The training covered the design, installation, operation and maintenance of grid-tied and off-grid solar PV systems.
Outcomes
The training equipped 50 technicians with skills across the design, installation, operation and maintenance of grid-tied and off-grid solar PV systems.
