Construction of a hospital extension and associated staff accommodation involves significant safety risks and demands careful supervision of critical works such as foundations, where poor practice can compromise both worker safety and structural integrity.
Our approach
As Assistant Site Engineer and Safety Manager, Ransford Wusah Bakuri rolled out a site safety plan for the works.
He supervised foundation construction for the Regional Hospital extension and the doctors' bungalows, ensuring the works were carried out to the required standard.
